Capturing un-scripted candid moments is what I love to do. This package is great for family outings, parties, events, and more. The photographer may give minimal guidance to better capture specific moments in time, but the vast majority of this session is capturing moments as they happen. Event/Party/Action - 2 hours+
I'd love to learn more about you and your photography needs. This all starts with a simple phone call, text, or email. I'll gather information such as the type of event, date/time, details you want captured, and answer any questions you might have. If contacting my by email/text I will send you a questionnaire to fill out with the information I'll need. A text message asking me to call you is preferred because my phone sends unknown numbers directly to voicemail.
Once I have given you all the information and answered all your questions the next step is to schedule your photo shoot. We set a date, time, and location. In order to block out your session I do require a non-refundable deposit of 25% of the package price. I send over the contract that goes over all of the information you will need to know. Once signed and returned and the deposit has been paid I block out my schedule for your session.
It's Event Day!!! I arrive to the event typically 15-30 minutes early so that I can scout out the area and so we can meet. You will have the chance to show me around and help me understand what things will be happening at the event. While photographing the event I focus on capturing moments discussed as well as whatever captures my attention. Occasionally I interact with guests to give guidance to better capture the moment. Final payment is also due on the day of the event.
I pride myself on quick turn around times. I do basic editing and color correction on all photos that will be delivered to you. I do not remove backgrounds, people, animals, etc... from the photos. Once the photos have been edited I send you a personalized gallery where you can download all original high resolution digital photographs. A photo release is included in the contract that you signed. You will also have the option to purchase prints directly from the gallery.
